The Active Welding System 3 (AWS3) is a fully integrated resistance spot welding solution providing process control, monitoring and quality analysis all in one, and may be used alone as a benchtop system or easily integrates into a production line.

The AWS3 Pneumatic version is available as basic or advanced configuration.

The AWS3 Pneumatic includes an ISQ20 inverter which - depending on the application - controls 1 or 2 pneumatic weld heads, pneumatic pincers or compacting units.

The AWS3 Pneumatic offers all AWS3 functions, such as automatic calculation and monitoring of critical values, programming of weld power and weld force profiles as well as the static and dynamic process monitoring.

The AWS3 Pneumatic combines these essential elements into one premium system that enables quick and precise parameter settings to achieve optimum welds.

The AWS3 advanced configuration offers Displacement & Force Monitoring as an extra feature.

Remote Service capabilities allow our customers to control multiple devices on-site and enable our experts to do maintenance and technical service from long distanc,, minimizing maintenance costs and providing maximum uptime. The AWS3 is available with a single knob push/turn operating panel or a large touch screen panel.
