You can select the optimum laser oscillator (fundamental mode, SHG, or THG) that best suits your application.

Detect the image of a IC package in a tray pocket and mark on it.

Positioning detection feature (option) ensures highly accurate positioning and enables area-marking on multiple workpieces at a time.

Image check after marking and check of marked letters can be performed.

Dual stage is available.

Only non-defective item in a tray can be discharged. (Defective and non-defective items can be distinguished.)
