Uni-Turn Stand-alone System

The Uni-Turn line is a product line designed to produce highly reliable heat-seal connections as widely applied in today's electronics manufacturing. The stand-alone systems are made suitable for Hot Bar Reflow Soldering and Heat-Sealing by using Pulsed Heat Technology (through the Uniflow Power Supply).

Compared with the Uni-Slide systems, the Uni-Turn provides higher throughput, thanks to the high-speed rotary table. This enables product handling on one side of the rotary table, while connections are made on the other side. Even higher throughputs can be achieved by equipping the table with two bonding heads and fixtures. Cost effective pneumatically actuated heads are available for this line, as well as flexible motorized heads, in force ranges up to 1250N.

Standard available Uni-Turn systems are:

+ SS-S-320 with SH500 pneumatic bonding head, Uniflow Power Supply and pneumatic rotary

+ SS-S-321 with 2 X SH500 pneumatic bonding head, 2 X Uniflow Power Supply and pneumatic rotary

+ PS-S-320 with PH500 motorized bonding head, Uniflow Power Supply and pneumatic rotary

+ PS-S-321 with 2 x PH500 motorized bonding head, 2 x Uniflow Power Supply and pneumatic rotary
